With the National Gallery's zoomable image facility it is easy to introduce students to using websites in the classroom. These high quality digital images can either be used on an interactive whiteboard or individual PCs. Small details, often hard to see in the original, are magnified and can be explored. Other uses of ICT across the curriculum involve students experimenting with software packages and digital photographic equipment.
